Vegan pancakes recipe

In a bowl, combine 3 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 2 tbsp sugar. Now add 3 cups of your favorite non-dairy milk and 1/4 cup vegetable oil.
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter each time. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly golden. Repeat. Top pancakes with maple syrup. Enjoy!
