When do my items ship?

We process orders Monday - Friday during regular business hours. After your order is placed, we'll get it packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. All packages are shipped from California, USA.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to the United States and to Israel (on our Israeli shop!) only, but we plan to expand soon so stay tuned!
For other countries, some of our products are available on our Simple Happy Kitchen Amazon shop as well.

How long does it take to arrive?

Domestic orders (United States) typically arrive in 4-5 business days.

How are my items shipped?

Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL - whichever is the fastest and most cost effective for your location.

Shipping Prices

Shipping fees are collected at checkout and are determined by a parcel's weight and your shipping address.

Duties and taxes - Customs / VAT

Non-US customers, please note: we are based in the United States. As with all international sellers - duties and taxes are not included in the price of your purchase or shipping costs. Please check with your local tax authority to know what you are expected to pay when receiving the package which depends on where the goods are sent from (US), the type of goods, their transactional value and the weight of the package.

Delivery to a hotel - Is it possible?

We will ship to any address you indicate. For hotel deliveries, please contact the front desk to alert them to your parcel.

Returns / Exchanges

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must notify us if you wish to return a purchase within 30 days of receiving the item. All sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item was damaged, lost/stolen in transit

Simply reply to your confirmation email and we will assist you. For damaged or incorrect items, please include a photo of the item for reference.

Holiday shipping times

Before ordering for holidays please be aware shipping services tend to be slow during these times of the year. If you'd like to expedite your shipping, please choose this option on checkout.
