Some info about vitamin E

Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin. It acts as an antioxidant and is most known for protecting polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) from free radicals, which are associated with disease. Vitamin E is found mostly in nuts and seeds. Foods rich in vitamin E include almonds, peanuts, avocado, hazelnuts, and sunflower oil.
