No wonder so many legendary athletes like Venus and Serena Williams, Carl Lewis, Lewis Hamilton, Colin Kaepernick, and also fresh Olympic medalists Alex Morgan, Kaylin Whitney and Diana Taurasi (congratulations, btw!) and many more have already decided to switch to a plant based diet!
