Eleven Madison Park, one of the world's best restaurants, is going vegan!

Tasty news! Considered as one of the finest restaurants in the world, iconic New York based Michelin-Starred Eleven Madison Park is reopening its doors in June with a fully plant-based menu.

This news comes at a time when more restaurants than ever are switching to mostly or entirely vegan menus for the sake of the environment, animals, and humanity. But this is a first for an established iconic restaurant with three Michelin stars that has long served meat-heavy dishes including notoriously animal un-friendly fare like veal and foie gras.
