Confused by this weird equation? Well, it’s actually pretty simple. Researchers have found that adding onion and/or garlic to dishes containing grains or legumes will increase the absorption of iron and zinc in your body! Isn’t it great? Onion and garlic are already delicious, so we were thrilled to find out they also offer such a nice bonus! For us, that’s just an excuse to add some more!
